I bring expertise in aligning multidisciplinary ecosystems—design, construction, regulation, and stakeholders—under high-stakes, multicultural conditions. I’m skilled in translating complexity into value-driven, scalable solutions, while navigating technical, regulatory, and cultural thresholds.
